The one day workshop is designed for managers and Directors in Manufacturing companies, who would benefit from an in depth understanding of a fully integrated ERP system.

Typically this is either because the company is considering implementing a new ERP system, or because managers would benefit from a deeper understanding of how their current ERP application work.

The workshop covers the basic concepts of an ERP system, e.g. Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, BOM design and maintenance, Management Accounting, and Performance measures, and explains the meaning and relevant application of commonly used terms e.g. Kanban.

At the end of the session, the manager will feel confident about discussing any application of ERP in his/her company.
